The Galette SOBA is made with three ingredients:
Nothing more!
- Buckwheat flour
- Water
- Salt
The buckwheat flours which are part of the composition of our galette SOBA are certified ORGANIC and WITHOUT GLUTEN. They are all coming from Quebec (cultivated by producers of Quebec and transformed by companies from Quebec). Everything is made with local products.
Besides having extraordinary properties for the health, the buckwheat is excellent for the taste and we can eat it with anything we like, so salted as sweet.
Our SOBA galette is a flat galette and it allows you to develop a multitude of recipes that they are hot or cold, sweet or salty.
You will find some recipes on our web site, but they’re so many different ways to use the galette SOBA. Just let your imagination run wild and simply have fun!

Rôtis de bœuf, oignons confits déglacés au vinaigre balsamique, mélange de mayonnaise et moutarde forte, salade
Peanut butter, Nutella, bananas
Apple cooked, cheese, maple syrup
Minced meat cooked Mexican style, raw red onion, avocado, cheese
In a frying pan, place the clear Galette SOBA side upward on medium-high heat, spread the grated cheese over all the surface, when it begins to melt, place the onions, then the meat and finally the avocado. Fold up the Galette SOBA, turn it in the frying pan with a spatula, let it heat for 30 seconds, put it in a plate and put the sauce (mixture sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 crushed clove of garlic, lemon juice).

Sausage chipolata cooked, cheese, scrambled egg
In a frying pan, place the clear Galette SOBA side upward on medium-high heat, spread the grated cheese over all the surface, when it begins to melt, put scrambled eggs, sausage cooked chipolatas. Fold up the Galette Soba, turn it in the frying pan with a spatula, let it heat for 30 seconds, and put it in a plate. Melt a knob of butter on the top, it’s always better.

Cooked ham, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, egg, cheese
In a frying pan, place the clear Galette Soba side upward on medium-high heat, break an egg and spread well over all the surface, when it begins to be firm, strew with grated cheese, when it begins to melt, add mushrooms, asparagus cooked and spinach. Fold up the Galette Soba, turn it in the frying pan with a spatula, let it heat for 30 seconds. Melt a knob of butter on the top, it’s always better.

The buckwheat
High-fiber vitamins and minerals
The fibers are especially soluble and it’s energizing and nutritious. The buckwheat is rich in vitamins (particularly vitamins B1, B2 and B3) and in minerals (particularly the copper and the magnesium, but also the phosphor and the iron).
Gluten-free
The buckwheat is generally qualified as pseudo-cereal, because contrary to classic cereal, it is not part of the family of grasses. For that reason, this nutritional composition differs fairly from that of the latter; it is in particular exempt from gluten and richer in proteins.
